How can I pay for my Pitas shoes?

The payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal.

If at the time of payment you experience any difficulty or error. try the following:

  • Use an alternative credit card.
  • Use an alternative payment method.
  • Restart the browser and try again.
  • Delete cookies or clear browser cache and try again.

 

Are there shipping costs?

The shipping costs are as follows:

For peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal the shipping rates are 4€ 4 for orders under € 15. For orders over € 15 will be free.

No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and Azores.

For Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 10€.

No shipments are made to Corsica and Sicily.

The return or first exchange is free up to 30 days after receipt of the purchased merchandise.

 

When will I receive my purchase?

The delivery times are as follows:

Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal is 2-3 working days.

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands 5 working days.

 

Will I receive a message before receiving my order?

You will receive an email from Walkinpitas with the order confirmation.

Later, we will send you another email, indicating that your order is shipped.

This confirmation email will include a link where you can access the Correos Express platform for returns and exchanges.

The shipping company Correos Express will send you an email, notifying you that there is a shipment for you, where the shipping number will be to track it. In addition, Correos Express will inform you when your package is ready for delivery as well as the approximate time of it.

 

How to RETURN a product and receive a refund?

The fastest and easiest way to return one of our products for free is to access the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS button on our website and follow the instructions below:

  • Enter the order number and email with which you made the purchase.
  • Select that you want to make a return.
  • Access the Correos Express Platform to organize the collection of the Pitas you want to return, you just have to go to Exchanges and Returns and follow the instructions.

Once you've signed in, follow the steps and schedule a pickup at your home.

Return the shoebox into another protective box. You can use the original packaging.

As soon as we receive the goods in our warehouses we will proceed to make the refund by the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

The products can be returned free of charge within 30 days from the date of delivery.

However, you have the right to revoke the purchase contract by means of a formal declaration in which you state your decision to revoke said contract. For more information, see the RETURNS section of the PURCHASE POLICY. You have the WITHDRAWAL FORM at the bottom of our website.

 

How can I CHANGE a product?

Products can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery. The first change is free. You can only make size and color changes within the same purchased model.

  • You have to access on our website the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS button, enter the order reference and the email with which you have made the purchase.
  • Select that you want to make a change. Then select the model you want to change and the model, size and color of your new choice.
  • Access the Correos Express Platform to organize the collection of the Pitas you want to return, you just have to go to Exchanges and Returns and follow the instructions.
  • Once you have accessed, follow the steps and schedule a pickup at your home
  • Return the shoebox inside another protective box. You can use the original packaging.
