HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PITAS SHOES?

The payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal.

If at the time of payment you experience any difficulty or error, please try the following:

  • Use an alternative credit card.
  • Use an alternative payment method.
  • Restart the browser and try again.
  • Delete cookies or clear browser cache and try again.

 

WHICH ARE THERE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping costs are as follows:

  • For Spanish Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal the shipping rates are 4€ for orders under € 15. For orders over € 15 will be free.
  • No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and Azores.
  • For Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 7,50€.
  • No shipments are made to Corsica, Sicily and Sardinia.
  • The return or first exchange is free up to 30 days after receipt of the purchased merchandise.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

The delivery times are as follows:

  • Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal is 3 to 5 working days.
  • Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands 6 working days.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A MESSAGE BEFORE RECEIVING MY ORDER?

You will receive an email from Walkinpitas with the order confirmation.

Later, we will send you another email, indicating that your order is shipped.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT AND RECEIVE A REFUND?

Orders can be returned free of charge within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Go to the RETURNS page on our website, enter your order number and the e-mail address with which you made your purchase.
  • Select that you wish to make a return.
  • We will contact you by e-mail to arrange the return.
