THE GRAND OPENING SWEEPSTAKES RULES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ro. Pa. Fashion Group, S.L. Tax ID: B-74245242, hereinafter "PITAS", with registered address at Polígono de Olloniego Sector C, Nave C-4 33660 Olloniego, Asturias, on the occasion of the launch of the AW26 campaign and to reward the loyalty of users belonging to its community (#PitasFamily), as well as to welcome new members, will carry out a promotional sweepstakes.

The following general rules are established for the sweepstakes to be carried out by PITAS.

I. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

Eligibility
To participate in the sweepstakes, you must belong to the PITAS Community and sign up for the sweepstakes.
In any case, you may unsubscribe at any time you wish.

Exclusions
Employees of PITAS, advertising agencies, promotional agencies or any other company related to these promotions, as well as their relatives up to the first degree of consanguinity and/or affinity, may not participate.

II. PARTICIPATION PERIOD

The participation period will be from September 4 to September 14, 2026.

Only one entry per user will be accepted, and those users who are detected to have registered in our communities with different email addresses or with false data will be disqualified.

III. SCOPE AND NATURE

Participation in this sweepstakes is limited to residents of Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Ireland and the United Kingdom, excluding the territories of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, Azores, Corsica, Sicily and Sardinia.

Participation in this sweepstakes is free of charge and implies acceptance of these Rules.

IV. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZES, DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROMOTION AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

The sweepstakes prize consists of ten (10) pairs of PITAS footwear from the new AW26 collection www.walkinpitas.com for 10 different winners. Subject to product availability.

  • The winners will be selected randomly through an official sweepstakes app on Wednesday, September 15.
  • The prize may not be exchanged, compensated or converted into a monetary payment.
  • Renunciation of the prize does not entitle the winner to any indemnification or compensation.
  • The prize is personal and non-transferable and may only be collected by the winning Participant. The commercialization and/or sale of the right to obtain the prize is prohibited.
  • If due to force majeure or for any justified reason, PITAS cannot carry out the sweepstakes and make known the identity of the winner on the scheduled date, the publication of such non-compliance will be made through its website or social media as soon as possible, informing the participants of this circumstance through the social media and the PITAS website.
  • If for any reason beyond PITAS's control there is no availability of the prize provided, PITAS reserves the right to substitute it with others of equal or greater cost.
  • The winners will be notified by email of the prize they have won. PITAS will send the prize (footwear) to the email address previously designated by the winner. PITAS is not responsible for the loss, delay, alteration, damage, incorrect, incomplete shipment or impossibility of delivery of the prize for any technical reason, related to delivery or of any other kind.
  • The winner must choose the product and communicate their choice to PITAS within a maximum period of 15 days, with a deadline of September 30.

PITAS may publish on its website and on its social media the images of the Participants who have been designated as winners, who waive any type of compensation or consideration for the use of their name and image for this purpose, to the extent that their participation in the prize implies the necessary authorization for such use.

V. PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with current regulations on Data Protection and the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data of participants in the Sweepstakes and Promotions will be processed by Ro. Pa. Fashion Group, S.L. Tax ID: B-74245242, with registered address at Polígono de Olloniego Sector C, Nave C-4 33660 Olloniego, Asturias.

Ro. Pa. Fashion Group, S.L. will process your personal data to:

- Manage your participation in the sweepstakes and any related activity, such as communicating any change or incident, your status as a winner, etc.
- Manage the delivery of the prize. To do so, we will contact you through the means available to us at any given time (social media, email, etc.) to request any additional information we may need to manage the delivery of the prize.
- Publish the winner's data on the websites indicated in these rules.

The legitimacy of this data processing is based on compliance with the legal obligations derived from your participation in the sweepstakes.
The winner's data may be communicated on the Pitas page itself and on its social media profile.

Beyond the communication necessary to comply with the obligations of this promotion, the personal data of the participants will not be transferred.

Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, erasure, oblivion, restriction and portability, as well as object to the processing or oppose the processing of their data by writing to: Ro.
