The following general rules shall apply to the prize draw held by PITAS.

To take part in the prize draw, you must be a member of the PITAS Community and register for the draw.
You may unsubscribe at any time you wish.
Exclusions
PITAS employees, advertising agencies, promotional agencies or any other company related to these promotions may not take part, nor may their relatives up to the first degree of consanguinity and/or affinity.
II. PARTICIPATION PERIOD
The participation period will run from 4 September to 14 September 2026.
Only one entry per user will be accepted; any users found to have registered on our communities using different email addresses or false details will be disqualified.
III. SCOPE AND NATURE
Participation in this prize draw is limited to residents of Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Ireland, excluding the territories of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, the Azores, Corsica, Sicily and Sardinia.
Entry into this prize draw is free of charge and implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
IV. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZES, DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROMOTION AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The prize for the draw consists of ten (10) pairs of PITAS footwear from the new AW26 collection, www.walkinpitas.com, for 10 different winners. Subject to product availability.
Winners will be selected at random using an official prize draw app on Wednesday 15 September.
The prize may not be exchanged, refunded or converted into a cash payment.
Renouncing the prize does not entitle the winner to any compensation whatsoever.
The prize is personal and non-transferable and may only be collected by the winning Participant. The sale and/or marketing of the right to obtain the prize is prohibited.
If, for reasons of force majeure or for any other justified reason, PITAS is unable to carry out the draw and announce the winner's identity on the scheduled date, notice of such failure will be published on its website or social media channels as soon as possible, and participants will be informed of this circumstance via PITAS's social media channels and website.
If, for any reason beyond PITAS's control, the prize provided is unavailable, PITAS reserves the right to replace it with another prize of equal or greater value.
Winners will be notified by email of the prize they have won. PITAS will send the prize (footwear) to the address previously designated by the winner. PITAS shall not be held liable for the loss, delay, alteration, damage, incorrect or incomplete shipment, or inability to deliver the prize for any technical, delivery-related or other reason.
The winner must choose the product and inform PITAS of their choice within a maximum period of 15 days, with a deadline of 30 September.
PITAS may publish on its website and social media the images of Participants designated as winners, waiving any right to compensation or consideration for the use of their name and image for this purpose, insofar as their participation in the prize implies the necessary authorisation for such use.
