HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Returns at PITAS are very straightforward.

Visit our Returns Centre by clicking HERE.

To start the process, please provide us with your order number and email address.

Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

HOW MUCH DOES THE RETURN COST?

Currently, returns are charged at a cost of €10.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM?

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund, unless extended during special periods such as Black Friday or Christmas. 

Remember that to proceed with the return of a product, it is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that it meets ALL of the following conditions:

  • That the product has not been used.
  • That the product is in perfect condition.
  • That the product is complete and with all its accessories.
  • That the product is returned in its original packaging.
  • That the original packaging is in perfect condition.

Check your PITAS very carefully before requesting your return, as we only accept one shipment per request.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE?

If the purchased product is incorrect or defective, you can request a return from our Returns Centre. The instructions will guide you on how to proceed.

CAN ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?

We're sorry, at PITAS we only accept returns.

WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?

We will refund you using the same payment method you used to place the order.

HOW DO I RETURN THE ITEMS?

To get the instructions on how to send the returned products, request your return from our Returns Centre. Once we have received it, we will respond by email within 24/48 business hours with the steps to follow.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

Once the collection has been made and the products have been received and checked in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products through the original payment method. Depending on the bank, it may take between 10 and 20 days for you to see it reflected in your account. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
