Returns and Exchanges

CAN ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?

YES, size or model exchanges are allowed. You can manage the exchange in our Exchange or Returns Centre.
The first exchange for each order is FREE. The second and subsequent exchanges, or the return of an exchanged product, will incur a fee of €9 per exchange.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Returns at PITAS are very straightforward.

Visit our Exchange or Returns Centre by clicking HERE.

To start the process, please provide us with your order number and email address.

Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

HOW MUCH DOES AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN COST?

The exchange or return fee is €10.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGING OR RETURNING AN ITEM?

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund, unless extended during special periods such as Black Friday or Christmas. 

Remember that to proceed with the return of a product, it is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that it meets ALL of the following conditions:

  • That the product has not been used.
  • That the product is in perfect condition.
  • That the product is complete and with all its accessories.
  • That the product is returned in its original packaging.
  • That the original packaging is in perfect condition.

For orders with multiple products, carefully review your PITAS before requesting a Return, as we only accept one shipment per request.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE?

If the purchased product is incorrect or defective, you can request a return from our Exchange or Returns Centre. The instructions will guide you on how to proceed.

WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?

We will refund you using the same payment method you used to place the order.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS?

To obtain instructions on how to send products for an Exchange or Return, access our Exchange or Returns Centre.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

Once the collection has been made and the products have been received and checked in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products through the original payment method. Depending on the bank, it may take between 10 and 20 days for you to see it reflected in your account. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.

Please note that we have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the return to process the refund.
