1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Accessing and using the walkinpitas.com website as well as purchasing its products is subject to the user's acceptance of the PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("PTC") of the Portal.
Before using the services offered on walkinpitas.com, make sure you have carefully read all the PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These may undergo changes over time, so it is recommended to always access them before proceeding to make a purchase. However, in the event of any changes, WALKINPITAS will notify you through the Portal, Newsletter, or other equivalent means.

2. USER REGISTRATION
To place an order, it is not necessary for the user to register. However, to access some of our services, you must fill out the registration form where you will be asked for personal information that must be current and real. At the end of the registration, the user must accept our PRIVACY POLICY.
The registration user ID and password must be kept in a secure place. Once you have obtained your user ID and password, you can access the "My Account" section (LOG IN) where you can modify the registration data, view, and monitor the status of your orders.
If you have forgotten your user ID and/or password, you can request them through the "LOG IN" access where you will find the "Forgot your password" link. The system will send you an email with a new secure password that you can modify from the "Change your password" option.

The user declares that they are of legal age (over 18 years old) and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered by WALKINPITAS, also stating that they accept the binding to this agreement, understand and fully accept the conditions stated here to use this website and to contract the offered services.
3. DELETE / SUSPEND USERS
The use or access to the walkinpitas.com website implies the acceptance of the "Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookies" and may delete or suspend the access to the website of the user who has breached any of the obligations expressed therein.
The user who intentionally or culpably breaches any of the obligations reflected in this Legal Notice will be liable for all damages and losses that, as a consequence, are caused to walkinpitas.com or to a third party.
4. ORDERS
To place an order on our portal, it is necessary to enter personal information: real name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and other information. You will also need to enter information about the payment method. This must be valid and correct.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Once the selection of items has been made and the order request process completed, you will receive an email with the details of your order. This email only constitutes confirmation that we have received your order request and does not imply its acceptance. The acceptance and conclusion of the distance selling contract will take place when the shipment is made.
The sales contract is concluded in Spain and the language used is Spanish.
walkinpitas.com will only accept orders when the user complies with and accepts the PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the requested product is available. walkinpitas.com reserves the right not to accept the order if the payment information is not approved, the items are not in stock, the quality of the item is not acceptable, transportation problems are foreseen to the required destination, or any other type of incident related to the GENERAL TERMS OF USE of the portal is detected.
Items added to the user's shopping cart are not reserved, and consequently, any other user can purchase them.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are FREE for purchases equal to or greater than 15€ for Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
7. DELIVERY TIMES
Mainland Spain and Portugal: 24/48 business hours.
No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, and the Azores.
Balearic Islands: 4/5 business days
France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands: 5/7 business days.
No shipments are made to Corsica, Sicily, and Sardinia.
8. ORDER TRACKING
Once the order has been placed, the user will receive a confirmation email and as soon as we deliver the package to the courier company, another email indicating that their order has been shipped.
9. WARRANTY
All products from our Online Store meet the same quality requirements in manufacturing as those sold in stores. In addition, our after-sales service will help solve any problems that may arise with the purchase. The Customer Service will answer any questions through the Contact Form. Public service hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.
10. PURCHASE SECURITY
WALKINPITAS.COM reserves the right to retain any order for security reasons, in which case affected customers will be informed. It also reserves the right to cancel an order if it is considered impossible to verify the shipping and billing information.
11. CURRENCY
Our prices are expressed in euros. The prices shown are always Public Selling Prices, VAT included.
12. RETURNS
You have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase, unless this period is extended during special periods such as Black Friday or Christmas. To proceed with the return of a product, it is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL to meet ALL of the following conditions:
- The product has not been used.
- The product is in perfect condition.
- The product is complete and with all its accessories.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- The original packaging is in perfect condition.
If the purchased product is incorrect or defective, you can request the return from our Return and Exchange Center. The instructions will indicate how to proceed.
Size or model exchanges are available.
For orders containing multiple products, only one return shipment per order will be accepted. However, you may send items from different orders in the same return shipment.
In the case of a return, any discount and/or voucher (reward value) will be lost. Only the amount paid for the item will be refunded, not the discounts obtained with the reward voucher.
13. EXCHANGE AND RETURN FEES
Returns and the first exchange are FREE for orders from Spain and Portugal. The second and subsequent exchanges of products from the same order will incur a fee of €9 per exchange.
Returns and exchanges from France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands carry a handling and shipping fee of €10.
14. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS AND USERS
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products.

Your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax, or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods properly packaged. You must return or deliver the goods to us directly, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the period has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the products.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to:
- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
